Our Commitment

At Aeriva, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at biz.restwavetech@hotmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post)
  • Contact your bank
  • If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at biz.restwavetech@hotmail.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at biz.restwavetech@hotmail.com with your order details.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at biz.restwavetech@hotmail.com with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
  • You will not be responsible for return shipping in these cases

For UK Customers:

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving any reason. Our 30-day return policy exceeds this statutory requirement.

Your Rights:

  • You will receive a full refund including the cost of standard delivery
  • You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described
  • We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
